The ETI 860-327 Food Safety Duo pairs two colour-coded Thermapen Classic thermometers: a red one for raw meats and a yellow one for cooked meats. Keeping the two separate helps prevent cross-contamination and supports HACCP food safety standards. Each thermometer reads in 3 seconds over -49.9 to 299.9 °C.
