Brannan 31/160/0 is an electronic test thermometer with a vertical barrel-style display above a 125 mm stainless steel probe. It reads -50 to +200 °C with switchable °C/°F and 0.1 °C resolution, and stores in a protective pocket case with clip, a convenient carry-around probe for cooking, meat and general food checks. It comes boxed with battery and full operating instructions.
