The ThermaLite 2 thermometer has a CalCheck 0.0°C function that enables the user to confirm accuracy whenever necessary, providing assurance that measurements are precise. When the unit is turned on, the test cap will show 0.0°C +0.1 degree when the CalCheck feature is triggered by simultaneously pushing the "on/off" and "hold" buttons. ThermaLite 2 digital catering thermometers have an accuracy of 0.5 °C (-39.9 to 124.9 °C) and a precision of 0.1 °C. They can measure temperatures between -39.9 and 149.9 °C. Due to the instrument's sophisticated circuitry, this precision is permanently assured. CalCheck, hold, and a °C/°F function are all included in the ThermaLite® 2.
