Covering 0-40 in (0-1000 mm), the Flexbar 18205 DIGI-MET standard caliper uses knife points for line contact measurement. Resolution is .0005 in/.01 mm, and the hardened stainless steel body carries ground and lapped measuring surfaces. Readings go straight to a computer through the OPTO RS232C output; WedgeLink software is available for Excel or SPC transfer.
