This 6⅝” LTC (8 Round) box-end setting standard (Gagemaker MRP5B-658L-B) is used to set MRP® crest diameter gages before inspecting API threaded connections. The rods locate the thread shoe and set shoe separation so 6⅝” LTC (8 Round) box readings start from a known reference.
