The Gourmet folding probe thermometer is a water resistant food thermometer that is ideal for monitoring cooking, cooling, and food holding temperatures as part of HACCP and health and safety procedures. The device measures temperature from -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C/°F resolution and has two push button switches for on/off and hold. When not in use, the Gourmet thermometer incorporates a stainless steel food penetration probe (3.5 x 110mm) that folds back into the side of the instrument and rotates through 180 degrees, allowing the user to transport the instrument safely.
