By clamping to numerous grounded ground wires, the FT6380-50 monitors grounding resistance. There is no need for an auxiliary grounding rod, and the ground wire does not need to be disconnected from the grounding rod. The low-profile, compact sensor can easily clamp ground wires and also provide AC current measurement functionality, measuring currents ranging from leakage currents on the order of a few mA to load currents of up to 60 A.
