KERN CCS 600K-2U is a counting system for counting very small parts in large quantities, with a maximum displayable count of 999,999 parts. It pairs a reference scale reading to 10 mg (the KERN CFS 3K-5 counting scale) with a 600 kg quantity scale (KFU-V20) on a U-shaped weighing bridge measuring 840×1190 mm.
The smallest piece weight is 500 mg. The quantity scale has four silicone-coated alloy steel load cells rated IP67.
