The KERN TOAB 20LED-A (model OAB 20LED) is an analogue polarimeter using the half-shade principle. It reads optical rotation from -180° to +180° with 1° division and 0.05° vernier at 589 nm, using an LED instead of a sodium lamp. Sample tubes up to 220 mm fit.
