The VT28 (MARVT28) is a tough, compact two-pole tester with a large digital LCD that shows the actual voltage reading alongside the LED range indicators. It measures AC/DC voltages from 12V to 690V and also performs continuity, phase rotation and single-pole tests. A white LED torch, auto power-off and a 1.2m double-insulated cable with contrasting inner core are included, with ratings of CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V.
