The Mitutoyo 141-208 is an interchangeable rod inside micrometer covering 2-8 in with 3 rods and a .001 in graduation. Each rod is marked with its range, and spacing collars combine with the rods to reach the full 2-8 in span of the 141-208. On the 141-208, a screw-in handle extension lets the head reach deep into a hole, and the sleeve can be rotated to adjust the index line when setting.
