The Mitutoyo 559-519-04 (AT1304A-1500-S) is a S-type NC linear scale with 10 nm resolution and a 1500 mm measuring length, communicating over the Mitutoyo ENSIS (half duplex) interface. The AT1304A-1500-S is used to feed axis position back to the control on CNC machine tools, with a 10 nm step between readings.
