The Mitutoyo 559-521-07 (AT1307A-1800-S) is a S-type NC linear scale with 1 nm resolution and a 1800 mm measuring length, communicating over the Mitutoyo ENSIS (half duplex) interface. The AT1307A-1800-S is used to feed axis position back to the control on CNC machine tools, with a 1 nm step between readings.
