Mitutoyo 525-321-11 is the S4 model of the Formtracer Avant D4000, a benchtop 2D roughness and contour instrument with a dual stylus system. It has a 100 mm traverse and 300 mm of vertical travel on a 600 x 450 mm granite base.
On this 100 mm traverse, 300 mm Z2 model the contour measuring force is variable and set in FORMTRACEPAK, which also evaluates level difference, angle, pitch, area and tolerances.
