MF-UJ2017D is an MF-U Generation D microscope for bright field (BF) observation with a motor-driven Z axis. Its XY stage travels 200 x 170 mm, the MF-UJ2017D stage top is 410 x 342 mm, and the complete unit weighs 150 kg.

- MF-UJ2017D takes stage loading up to 20 kg and has a left swivelling function of ±5°
- The MF-UJ2017D remote box gives speed adjustment, coarse/fine switching, jog shuttle, emergency stop, AF, counter reset, data output and power buttons plus Z limit setting
- Tilting head binocular tube with two 10X/24 eyepieces (378-866) comes as the standard accessory of the MF-UJ2017D
- Objective turret, objective lenses and illumination are chosen separately to complete the MF-UJ2017D
