The PH6M AIRSKIN set with assembly (63AAA619) is a pressure-sensing safety pad for a Mistar 555 coordinate measuring machine fitted with PH6M probe systems. Dual-channel pressure sensors inside the pad register deformation from contact anywhere on its surface and halt all mechanical movement at once, with a safety-device reaction time of 9 ms at Performance Level PL = e.
