Where the S model stops at 300 mm, the SV-3000CNC H (178-528-12) lifts the Z2 column stroke to 500 mm for taller workpieces. It keeps the 800 x 620 mm granite base and 200 x 200 mm X/Y traverse, and has a Y-axis table without α axis.

- Z2 stroke of 500 mm, with Z-axis tracking measurement as there is no α axis
- Drive speed of 200 mm/s in CNC mode and 0-60 mm/s with the joystick
- Measuring speed range 0.02-2 mm/s; resolution 0.05 µm
- Profiles measured: primary (P), roughness (R), waviness (W) and MOTIF
- Detector ranges are 800 µm, 80 µm and 8 µm, with the same 0.5 µm / 220 mm straightness as the S model
