The TM-505B is a toolmaker's microscope with a 50 x 50 mm XY stage travel and a 152 x 152 mm table top. It measures dimensions and angles on small workpieces using optional analogue or digital micrometer heads together with the built-in circular scale. The TM Generation B range is offered with 50 x 50 mm or 100 x 50 mm work stages; the 100 x 50 mm model is the TM-1005B (176-819-11).
