The 378-404 is the VMU-S, an ultra-small, lightweight video microscope unit for CCD camera monitoring with a vertical C-mount and a built-in LED light source. Its 0.5X magnification gives a wide image, roughly four times the field of the VMU-V; objectives are optional.
