Palmer Wahl DSTCAL is the calibration and configuration software kit for Digi-Stem process thermometers. Besides the software, the kit contains a USB cable, a DST/USB interface module and a Digi-Stem serial interface cable. On-screen prompts walk the user through each task, from adjusting the display rate to calibrating a meter against its probe. It runs on Windows only.
Key features
- Sample/display rate adjustable from 0.25 to 10 seconds in 0.25 s steps (default 2 s); slower rates extend battery life
- Probe R0 compensation to match meter calibration to the probe
- Probe authorisation so a replacement probe can work with the existing meter
- Meter calibration of the resistance measurement circuits using precision resistances
- System calibration of a sensor's R0 value using an ice bath
