With its tip turned through 90°, the Palmer Wahl TC809R is the right-angle version of the heavy duty Type K surface probe. The sensing element is a spring-loaded miniature Z-tip protected by a ceramic housing, for use on ingots, furnaces, kilns, moulds and platens. Order TC809R for the 5 in shank or TC809R-12 for 12 in.
