With a tapered needle point, the Palmer Wahl TP-100 is the needle-tip option in the economy Type K food service penetration probe range; fine-tip and sharp-tip models are also offered. Its stainless steel shank can be passed through a dishwasher. The probe plugs directly into a meter through a Type K ANSI mini-connector for one-handed use, or attaches to the TCL329K extension handle for longer reach.
