Palmer Wahl TP-200 is an economy Type K general purpose immersion probe made with food service in mind. It has a stainless steel shank and can be put through a dishwasher for thorough cleaning. The probe plugs straight into a meter via its Type K ANSI mini-connector for one-handed use, or can be used with the TCL329K extension handle to reach further.
