Rawlplug R-KER-400 is the R-KER vinylester bonded anchor in a 400 ml cartridge, intended for concrete. It handles dry and wet holes, including under water, and is approved for cracked and non-cracked concrete under EAD 330499-00-0601. Because it does not exert expansion forces, anchors can be placed at reduced spacing and edge distances.
