This 8-Point 3/4" drive impact socket, IMDS628, is sized 7/8" and runs 2-1/4" in length, with 1-1/64" of bolt clearance depth. Snap-on stresses low-hardness heat treatment for repeated impact blows, plus a broach depth that begins threading the nut on the stud.
