Overall length is 6-1/16 in, of which 5 in is exposed bit, and the drive end has an outside diameter of 11/16 in. Snap-on lists it for 5/16" set screws and #10 cap screws. The tip is a plain hexagon, the usual profile for socket-head and set screws.
