Western Instruments' WC-Series Platform is used in all WC-Series models, including our WC-6. This Platform is similar to our standard W-Series Platform, but much smaller, with the Urethane Rubber housing providing superior durability in harsh environments. Our advanced Mechanical, Electrical, and Solid State Electronics designs enable this construction versatility. Because the switch has a grounding provision and conducts less than 1/2 watt of power, these designs allow the WC-Series to use our standard low profile sealed membrane activation switch, which continues our philosophy of operator safety. All W-Series Yokes have a greater distance between the operator's hand and the work piece, resulting in faster inspections due to a better view of the target area.
