The Alicat Scientific CODA KC standard-accuracy controller uses miniature Coriolis sensing to control mass flow from 40 g/h to 300 kg/h, independent of fluid composition. For gases it is specified at ±1% of reading or ±0.2% of full scale; on liquids Alicat quotes ±0.6% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale. Control range is 5 to 100% (20:1) with response under 140 ms.
