The Alicat Scientific MC is the core laminar differential pressure mass flow controller for gases, covering full-scale ranges from 0.5 SCCM to 12,000 SLPM at 11.5 to 160 PSIA. Accuracy is as good as ±0.5% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale, with a 10,000:1 control range and control response as fast as 30 ms. It suits laboratory, process and test-stand gas dosing where several gases must be handled by one instrument.
