Brannan 10/723/0 is the SPH007 battery testing hydrometer kit, with a hydrometer reading 1.10 to 1.300 g/ml in 0.005 g/ml divisions to an accuracy of ±0.02 g/ml. A glass body with rubber bulb and nozzle draws up a sample of battery electrolyte, and the colour-marked glass hydrometer inside shows whether a vehicle battery is fully charged. It is part of Brannan's special purpose hydrometer range.
