Brannan 55/008/1 is a spirit filled laboratory thermometer to the Similar ASTM 8F High Distillation pattern, reading +30 to +760 °F in 2 °F divisions, for total immersion, with a maximum length of 390 mm; this pattern is gallium filled. It is made to be similar to the ASTM E1-14 liquid-in-glass thermometer pattern. Stated accuracy is ±2 °F to 570 °F / ±3 °F above 570 °F. The LAB060 range was developed as a spirit filled alternative to the standard mercury filled ASTM thermometers used in laboratory test methods.
