The CaterTemp Metal hand-held thermometer is housed in a tough extruded aluminium waterproof case that is IP67 certified. The instrument incorporates cutting-edge microprocessor technology with improved durability, and is designed for dependability and ease of use in everyday catering and food processing applications. The CaterTemp Metal thermometer measures temperatures between -49.9 oC and 299.9 oC. It has a big, easy-to-read LCD display. The unit also has an auto-power off feature that turns the instrument off after ten minutes to save battery life.
