The CONCOA 601 Series is a dual stage regulator built for laser resonator gas, where low moisture and hydrocarbon content help keep the beam output stable. It keeps atmospheric contamination out during cylinder changes, has few threaded connections and is rated to a helium leak integrity of 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec.
Each 601 Series regulator is built to an ordering code, so outlet range, gauges, connections and options are selected at the time of order; the source names a 3000 or 4500 PSIG inlet rating, an optional integral purge and an optional CGA check valve.
- CAPSULE® seat for easier servicing and longer life
- Convoluted 316L stainless steel diaphragm against inboard diffusion
- 10-micron internal filtration in both stages
- Brass barstock body with chrome-plated die-cast zinc bonnet
- PTFE seat, Cv 0.1 and 2 in (50 mm) brass gauges
- Operating range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
