The CONCOA 8301979 fixed-flow adapter uses a 0.016 orifice; rated flows are 8 SCFH for argon, 25 SCFH for helium, 7.5 SCFH for CO2, 9.5 SCFH for nitrogen and 14 SCFH for AG-75. Adapter 8301979 suits welding and other jobs needing a fixed gas flow from a pipeline or fixed-pressure regulator.
- A brass barstock body with a 3/4 in hex, plus no need for a flowmeter in a constant-pressure pipeline
- A Monel or stainless steel mesh inlet filter protecting the orifice, plus a 1/4 in MNPT inlet for station valves or regulator outlets
- A metal-to-metal diaphragm seal against contamination, plus a 5/8 in-18 RH internal (CGA 032) outlet
