The DeFelsko ATC1 is the PosiTest AT Calibrator kit: a high-precision load cell supplied with a Standard PosiTector gage body. It verifies the accuracy and operation of PosiTest pull-off adhesion testers and helps meet ISO and in-house quality requirements. The adhesion tester's actuator connects to the calibrator's 20 mm steel loading fixture, pressure is applied normally and the two readings are compared.
- Range 0.76–24 MPa (110–3,500 psi), based on 20 mm dolly
- Resolution 0.1 MPa (1 psi); accuracy ±0.039 MPa (±5.6 psi)
- Peak hold and real-time display in MPa and psi
- Compatible with all PosiTest AT testers (20 mm standoff needed for 50 mm models, not included)
- Includes calibration procedure, Certificate of Accuracy template and hard shell case
- Certificate of Calibration traceable to NIST
