Fitted with a 2 mm, 6-tooth blade, the DeFelsko CHKITASTM6X2 PosiTest CH kit covers ASTM D3359 cross hatch testing on coatings of 51–125 µm (2–5 mils). It is also the cross hatch kit DeFelsko includes in its Professional Powder Inspection Kits. The ergonomic tool cuts a lattice for a tape-pull assessment of coating adhesion.
