The DeFelsko PRBF0S is the PosiTector 6000 F0S probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is a straight cabled microprobe for thin films on small steel parts, close to edges and in tight spots, measuring coatings on steel and other ferrous metals over a 0–1150 µm (0–45 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
