For very precise laboratory or general industrial operation, Dwyer® Series 200 Durablock® Solid Plastic Stationary Gages, also known as draft gages, are available in inclined and vertical (well-type) forms for the measurement of low range gas and air pressures, positive, negative, or differential. - Sturdy plastic fixed gauge,.02 minor division, 0–6" w.c., 20" scale, 13 lb 14 oz 1" thick acrylic The body is a single, nearly indestructible block that is stable and free from distortion risk.
- Without any kinks or dents, the drilled bore is accurate to ±.0002" and won't need to be recalibrated due to distortion.
- For the most precise readability, a consistent, well-shaped meniscus is formed by carefully choosing gauge fluid with good wetability qualities.
- Easily zero in with these polished aluminum adjustable reflective scales that lock with a thumbscrew.
- To get optimal precision and consistency in parallax-free reading, just align the meniscus with the picture reflected in the scale.
- Over-Pressure Safety Traps stop fluid loss brought on by pressure surges or over-range pressures.
- For inclined style gauges, leveling adjustment is as easy as removing a locking thumb screw located on the gage's side or bottom and adjusting in relation to the integral.
