Ideal for controlling flow in both hot and cold water HVAC systems are 3ZV20314 Model Zone Valves. To regulate the temperature of a room, zone valves are usually used in conjunction with thermostats. Via a bidirectional motor, the 3ZV2 is electrically powered to open or close. The unit sizes are 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/4", and they can be powered by a 24 or 120 VAC source. These units are exact replacements for competitor devices and are simple to install. The manual override lever is conveniently located outside. For information about the optional auxiliary switches, BSP or sweat connections, and 220 VAC power supply, contact the factory.
