Air velocity or volumetric flow is measured rapidly and precisely in either imperial or metric values using the Model AVUL-3DA1-LCD Air Velocity Transmitters. All models provide simultaneous current and voltage outputs that allow for universal inputs to monitoring devices. Local DIP switches can be used to customize the output range, units, and 4–20 mA, 0–5/10 VDC output. A practical means of locally monitoring process values and configuring the device is through the optional integral display or the portable remote display tool. The optional BACnet MS/TP or Modbus® RTU/ASCII communication protocol enables units to be daisy-chained while providing access to all of the velocity and flow data, as well as extra information. versions are available in 3% and 5% reading accuracy versions to accommodate a variety of applications.
