For both Rate-Master® and Visi-Float® flowmeter models, regulator kits are offered as accessories. The Visi-Float® Model VFA flowmeter with an integrated constant differential pressure regulator is seen in this view. It is advised to employ this method when a steady flow is needed yet the inlet air pressure varies significantly. A consistent pressure differential of roughly 3 ± 0.15 psig is maintained by the regulator. For the flowmeter to function, the supply pressure needs to be at least 3 psig above the discharge. You can use any Dwyer Series RM or VF flowmeter up to 200 scfh with the standard regulator. Speak with the factory about higher flow rates.
