The easy-to-read universal mm scale and correlation charts with calibration data for both water and air are included with the Model VA22436 Variable Area Glass Flowmeters. Glass flowmeters are used for process flow and level indication, metering carrier gases, and measuring liquid and gas in pilot plants and labs. For flow rate control, units come with a conventional 6-turn needle valve. For high sensitivity control and resolution, there are high precision metering valves with non-rising stems (separately offered); they are especially well-suited for extremely low flow rates. Flowmeters are fully constructed and prepared for panel mounting when they are supplied. To convert to self-standing bench installation, use an optional acrylic tripod base.
