The ETI 123-159 is a type K fast response probe on a straight lead. Its Ø3.3 x 100 mm probe is suited to delicate foods, soft rubber and similar materials where a quick, low-force insertion is needed. It reads from -75 to 250 °C, with accuracy of ±0.5 °C between 0 and 100 °C and a response time below 2 seconds.
