The ETI 133-156 is a flexible plastic penetration probe on a lead, designed with safety in mind for settings such as prisons and airline catering where a rigid metal probe may not be suitable. The Ø3.2 x 40 mm probe uses a type K thermocouple, responds in less than 3 seconds and is accurate to BS EN 60584-1:2013. A version without a lead is also offered.
