For penetration measurements with the ETI Precision thermometer, the 160-160 combines a Class A PT100 RTD sensor with a Ø3.3 x 130 mm stem. It is intended for liquids and semi-solids, giving RTD accuracy of ±0.15 °C ±0.2 % across -100 to 200 °C for food, laboratory and process checks.
