The ETI 180-180 is a deep wall probe for moisture meters, used to check for damp below the surface of a wall rather than just at the plaster face. Its pins have insulated shanks, so only the tips take the reading at depth. The probe connects to the meter via a one metre PVC lead terminated in a BNC connector.
