Fitted with a coiled lead that extends when needed and retracts out of the way, the ETI 323-020 is a straight heavy duty surface probe for griddles and hotplates. The type K sensor on a Ø12 x 130 mm body responds in under 1 second. Its accuracy meets BS EN 60584-1:2013, and the probe is also listed with a straight lead.
