The ETI 323-212 has the same Ø3 x 130 mm flexible high temperature type K probe as its straight-lead sibling, but with a coiled lead that keeps cable tidy around the work area. It measures -200 to 1100 °C, responds in under 2 seconds and meets BS EN 60584-1:2013 accuracy, suiting immersion, food processing and industrial use.
