The ETI 800-800 is the long-stem version of ETI's barista milk frothing thermometer, combining a 45 mm dial with a 175 mm stem for deeper jugs. Colour-coded zones on the dial make it easy to see when milk is at the right temperature, and a calibration spanner is included.
