In a white case, the ETI 810-031 DOT lets cooks follow a roast or barbecue from outside the oven. A 114 mm probe (810-078) is left in the meat, connected by a 1.2 m stainless steel braided lead to the magnetic display unit. Once the set temperature is reached, an audible alarm signals that the food is done. Extra DOT-compatible probes, such as oven air and mini needle probes, are sold separately.
